NACCAP Announces 2024 Award Recipients

The North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) is proud to recognize the outstanding contributions and exemplary service of this year's award recipients. Each year, NACCAP honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and excellence in the field of Christian education. The 2024 awardees have been nominated by their peers and colleagues, acknowledging their significant impact within their institutions and the broader Christian education community.

Rookie of the Year – Traditional: Alec Testerman, Crown College
Rookie of the Year – GAP: Robert Thayer, California Baptist University
K-12 Professional of the Year: Heather Mills, Covenant Day School
Admissions Officer of the Year (Canada): David Cook, Crandall University
Admissions Officer of the Year (United States): Melissa Rousseau, Calvin University
Graduate Adult Professional of the Year: Tim Macfarlane, Trinity Western University
Outstanding Achievement Award: Mike McKinniss, Westmont College

These awards reflect NACCAP's commitment to elevating Christian K-12 and admissions counselor professionals across North America. We commend each recipient for their exceptional dedication to their students and institutions.

In its 54^th year, NACCAP has grown to serve more than 360 member institutions, including undergraduate; graduate, seminary, and degree completion; high school; and associate members from around the globe. More than 2,500 professional staff are served as NACCAP continues its mission of serving and engaging its members by providing vital professional development and initiatives that champion the cause for Christian education.
