The circuits of Christian College Fairs have expanded this fall with dozens of new fairs and enhancements made to recurring fairs. To help our members review and select all fairs that best fit their recruitment strategy, we have provided the listings of our fairs in various formats. Purpose of the Christian College Fairs:

• Exploration: Provide students and their families with a platform to explore their options in Christian higher education.
• Recruitment: Offer our members and participating institutions organized and consistent events that enable them to connect with their future students.

Steps to Register:

• Access Your School's Master Account: To get started, please sign in to your school's master account on NACCAP. This is a necessary step to access fair registration. If you encounter any difficulties with your login, our team is here to assist you; don't hesitate to reach out.
• Fair Registration: Select "Fair Registration" from the menu and take a moment to review the terms and conditions before completing the registration form.
• Select Your Preferred Fairs: Choose the fairs that align with your institution's goals and save your selections. Finalize your registration and review billing and payment options.
  
• Promotional Collaboration: After registration, remember to follow up on your promotional collaboration selection. You can send your list of students or download the e-card to further enhance your participation. For more information, visit our College Fair Toolkit webpage.

Collaborative Promotions Update:

• Sending physical postcards is no longer an option for the collaborative promotions.  Please plan either to send us your list of names (due July 2), email e-cards on your own, or pay a $75 surcharge/fair for non-promotion.

Noteworthy Updates:

• New Fair Site Recently Added: Gaston County (NC) – If you download the files previously, please re-download to include our newest addition.
  
• Schedule Change: Due to a site conflict, the Florida circuit will begin on Monday and conclude on Thursday afternoon.
• New Spring Fairs/Sites: We are thrilled to introduce new spring fairs in Bakersfield (CA), Chattanooga (TN), Colorado Springs, Long Island (NY), Redding (CA), Southeastern Wisconsin, Springfield (MO), Twin Cities (MN), Western New England, and Western Pennsylvania.

Collaborative Promotions Update:

Fair Registration

Planning for the fall?  NACCAP has scheduled our in-person fairs for this fall and want to share it to assist you in your fall travels. 

The upcoming fall fair schedule is now available and registration will be opening soon.  With the knowledge that schools are in uncertain times, we plan to extend the early bird deadline to July 13. The electronic list of names will also be due July 13. 

NACCAP will continue to monitor each fair to ensure the safety of your staff, the students and their families. 

Email communication will be sent when registration opens along with additional information regarding this fall's Virtual Christian College Fair.

In an effort to assist our participating schools in understanding what changes and additions the NACCAP Fair Staff have made to continually improve upon our fair circuits, review  "What's New" from the Regional Fair Coordinators (RFCs).

Spring Christian College Fairs

Register today for the upcoming 2020 spring circuit of the Christian College Fairs. Register by Friday, December 13 to receive the best pricing. Our early bird discount saves you $50 per fair!

The Electronic List of Names is also due Friday, December 13.
